Thread: Howdy

Hello all,

I'm hoping to improve my maps! I currently use Worldworksgames TLX tiles and Masterplan to run my 4e adventures. I've been creating the floorplans with WWG's TLX planner, then exporting them as a png file which I open in GIMP to add text, doors, etc. I've also made the tactical maps in Masterplan, exported them as a png, and again do final clean up with GIMP. In either case, I import the png back into Masterplan.

I'm thinking there's a better way. Basically, I'm looking for a program that would allow me to create the layout with my TLX tiles, add details, and then allow me to export so I can import it in Masterplan. I'm sure I could do this in GIMP, but would probably be looking at creating a library or something with commonly used symbols.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
