Hi,
I don't usually post in introduction sub-forums but I figured I would for once. Holidays have arrived and in order to fill the gap I've decided to start putting down some of the places I come up with down on pa-.. err.. 'down on digital storage' doesn't sound right.
Regardless, glad to be here as I know next to nothing about what I'm doing. (Layers and Cloning are about the most complicated tricks I know in GIMP)

Even if I am correct, I would still advise you to follow your heart. This whole Cartographers Guild thing, it seems to me, is more about passion and skill and learning new techniques than it is about definitions and rules.
