Thread: Hello!

Hi everyone,

I'm new here. My name is Kassie and I'm a mad scientist (aka. i'm a chemist who entertains thoughts of taking over the world).

I joined because I saw so many wonderful tutorials on making maps in the forums. I just got through attempting my first computer map using RobA's Gimp Tutorial. It was so much fun!

I have a world that I created by hand many years ago. It is my goal to turn that world into a map using the awesome advice I find on this site and to then write some stories in this world.

This looks like a great community! I hope to get to know some people here!
