    Post Greetings :)

    A big Hi to all the cartographers in the forum! It is really nice to be here!
    And now for my first question , I have several maps drawn using in PNG format. Any tips on how to use them with GIMP?

    Simply load them using GIMP. =P They will be single layer images though but they should retain any transparency if any.

    Yup. Open GIMP, then got to: File > Open (select your image). It's that simple. Welcome to the Guild Syerra.
