    Default Greetings from Aleksander

    Hello, I am Aleksander, a Norwegian American who is a avid map drawer. I am brand new to computer mapping and found this Guild. I hope to create an entire world with a huge map of all the land to small city maps. Any help for creating maps on the compute would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi there Brynsander, welcome to the Guild! Well, I'm not sure what kind of help you are looking for, but if by help you mean tutorials, that we have in abundance. Just have a look at the Tutorials section. If you are still trying to figure out which kind of software to use, you might want to read through Ravells Quickstart Guide to Fantasy Mapping (you can find the sticky at the top of the Member Introductions section). Once you begin working your way through a tutorial, it is helpful to put up a work-in-progress and ask for feedback. Others can provide tips and constructive criticism that will help you to improve your skills.
