Do you know what style(s) you're shooting for? Have you gone for a wander through the tutorials?

Hello, everyone! I have been a member for a while, but never posted. I am a writer and, in the course of my writing, have found it necessary to make maps. That is how I became interested in cartography.

Finished Maps
Even if I am correct, I would still advise you to follow your heart. This whole Cartographers Guild thing, it seems to me, is more about passion and skill and learning new techniques than it is about definitions and rules.
