Thread: Time to stop lurking and introduce myself :)

Hi! I'm a long-time lurker and first-time poster and I guess it's time to step out of the shadows. I've been blown away by the creativity and skill of this community ever since I discovered it a few years ago.

I don't have a lot of artistic ability, but, inspired by what I've seen here, I've taught myself a few things in GIMP and Campaign Cartographer to create maps for my gaming group and it's added a wonderful dimension to that experience. I'm now using MapTool, and continue to find inspiration from this community for creating adventures and fun encounter maps for my group.
