I may or may not have posted a hello originally way back when I first discovered this site. I hardly remember. Anyway. Thought I would go ahead and post a hello anyway as I've been busy elsewhere but hope to be much more active now.
My name is Edward Kann and I recently stuck my toe into the waters of PDF publishing for RPGs. I've been a DM (GM whatever) for about thirty years and I've played a good cross section of RPGs over the years. Not all of them by any stretch of the imagination but a good twenty or so.
My main project so far has been Rocketship Empires 1936, a pulpy mash up of space opera, wierd war, star wars and indiana jones. I was knocked out of action with an illness for a bit and I've been slowly getting back on my feet.
While I get going again I've been thinking about running a 4th edition D&D campaign. I was going to make it very old school feeling...very Robert Howard and late 1970's style D&D flavor while keeping all the races and rules of the new game intact.
I am a sometimes artist. I almost always work with pencil and india ink and fantasy stuff is usually what gets me drawing. I will probably put something out eventually for Empires of Sky, the fantasy project I am fiddling about with, at least as a PDF publication that combines my free hand map style and black and white art.
Below is a sample of one of my inks to show my drawing style. One of my maps (a fairly large one) in progress is shown in the General maps thread.

Cool sketch! Tells a story in itself. Welcome.
I like it. Makes me want to go down to my storage locker and pull out my old sketches.
Lovely drawing! With that sort of talent, maps should be a snap for you! Welcome to the guild!
