THAT is what this site is all about.
Here we draw maps, post them (some more than others) critique on them and praise the efforts of people who post them.
A little intro = We have a WIP (Work In Progress) forum where people post maps that they are working on, and others give suggestions on making them better. We also have a Finished Work forum where people post maps that they have finished so we can drool over them, as well as a Tutorial forum. This last one is critical for anyone who is looking to pick up ways of using their program of choice.
Being a photoshop fan, you should be able to fimd plenty of tuts that can teach you something. Even if is only techniques for creating certain effects. It is just that the focus is on mappping, but they can also be used for other types of work. You should also look at Gimp tuts as most of the tuts are almost directly transferable to Photoshop.
