Hello from France and welcome to you and your son.
What a nice project to illustrating the world of a child.
I just stumbled across this site and I must say that I am very impressed so far.
I am currently writing a 50,000 word book for NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) in a Fantasy Genre and I thought it would be helpful for me to create a world map that I could see instead of what I am imagining.
The main reason I joined this site, is because of my son. He is 10 and has this whole world created in his head and I thought that if it would be a good project for us.
so here i am.
Several members here are also doing NaNoWriMo... looking forward to seeing your sons vision (and yours) come to life.

I love that you're here in part to help your son realize his imagination! That's some solid family values; I hope one day to do the same with my children.
I think, therefore I am a nerd.
Cogito, ergo sum nerdem.

Pimping my worldmap here. Still WIP... long way to go, but I'm pretty proud of what I've done so far...
