    Post Hello, Nice to meet other cartographiers !

    Hello, discovering this site is a (very good) surprise to me, i'm drawing maps and trying to create fantasy and sci-fi world since my teen years (since i've discovered Tolkien, in facts), and for all these years, i never imagine that so much people had this kind of hobby.
    I landed here because i use to draw my maps by hands, and i was searching on the web how to use gimp and inkscape...
    I have nothing yet to show you, but wiith the tutorials that you have, i hope that some of the projects that are sleeping on my desk will have a new start...

    Hi Riffman, Good to see you here. I remember a bit of Limoges from many years ago. We have many French people coming here recently which is very good. There is a member map:

    Not all of the French mappers are on there but you can add yourself to it if you like.

    I am reading Bilbo Le Hobbit right now so I try to learn French and I am a big fan of Tolkien too.
