Hello all. I'm not a mapmaker, I'm just a Hackmaster GM (or a "would be Hackmaster GM", I would be if anyone in Milwaukee actually played it). This site is amazing and it's really helping me worldbuild.
I'll probably be pretty quiet, just drooling in the background.

It would be better if you selected some kind of mapping or graphics app, take a tutorial for a spin and start posting the kind of maps you want to create, let us critique and suggest and get you on your way to greatness in cartography!
And wipe that spit off the floor!
Do try to do some mapping, you'll improve fast if you'll let us help you!

theres a lot of apps to make maps, from the simple ones like drawing on a napkin look like to most complex maps like photoshoots from space look like. please ask any question! i know i will not know the answer (as im new to this area too), but people are very friendly here!
