Emmmmm... why dont you just use the magic want, select the black, than create a new layer and fill in some color like white, and push layer option...

Oh, that was a cloud layer + Textures + 16 Gradientlayers with surbverted and degrading lines in a 1/15 ratio on a 10% vanishing curve. I programmed...
