Here's the RPGNow page for the New Epoch - but it's a pen and paper RPG rather than a computer game, and it's not got a City of Steam as far as I know. I think there's some crossed wires there.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. I'm not involved with any City of Steam project?

Deadlock: I would feel weird about taking credit if someone else is going to add cities and stuff. Maybe you could just give me credit for "texture mapping and coloring"?
