Why is Uppsala marked as the Capital of Sweden?
In this timeline, as in our world, a plague wiped out more than a third of Stockholm's population in the early 18th century. Coupled with trade wars with England, and the burning of what remained of Stockholm in the 1760s by an English fleet, the kings of Sweden relocated to Uppsala.
