Biography:
I'm a software developer working for Boundless, a company which develops and supports Open Source Geographic Information Systems.

Put in plainer terms, I write software for working with spatial data and maps on the web, and that software is given away free. I mostly work on GeoWebCache and GeoServer.

I have a BSc. in Computer Science and an Advanced Diploma in GIS, both from Vancouver Island University. I've also studied some mathematics at the University of Victoria (Particularly Combinatorics, and Euclidean and Non-Euclidean Geometry)

I just completed a phone interview for a position as a software developer with OpenGeo, an organization that develops a variety of Open Source GIS software. I think it went really well and it sounds like I'll probably be contacted for a face to face interview.
