Yes, I indeed have a website, though it looks like this: helvene.ru - and feel free to browse if you're curious of what it may hide.
I occasionally do some artwork, some game modding (that is mostly in the past now, as no one seems to be playing NWN1 anymore) and some - in fact, quite a few, - maps whenever I need them or find myself asked to make one. You can find most of them, among lots of other various stuff, here: helvene.ru/uploads - though I don't really consider the others finished and ready to be shown

I don't know if anyone has seen this or not, and I kind of feel bad starting a whole thread for it but I saw this on Colossal and immidately was wondering how I could use it to make maps: These...

Awesome J. Edward, beautiful sketches! Though the texture of the trees' folliage seems a little bit too uniform. Perhaps a folliage more disperse would work better (inspirational example...

J.Edward Can you give a bit more detail on how you do the color conversion? I see where you said the pencils where in a moleskin notebook, but Bourmount appears to me to be photoshop colorized. ...

Ah yes, more random blobs. I'm sure that I'll get the mountains right, but will lose out to those who apply time and talent to their operation. Starting with the basic blobs in Photoshop, invert...

J.Edward liked post by Gamerprinter On thread : Black and White - representing snow?
I would either do, all white, no linework for fields of snow, or as you suggest just a few straws of grass peaking through. While I also do hand-drawn maps, mine are seldom black/white only, rather I...
