Biography:

Epic fantasy fiction author (of the soon to be best selling Golden Threads Trilogy. Book One: Thread Slivers available everywhere in January 2013).In order to pay the bills I have spent the last 2 decades working as a simple code janitor (aka software engineer / systems analyst / application developer). When not creating my own piles of goo I regularly get to sweep up messes in Scala, Java, Python, Jython, SQL, C, C++, PHP, UNIX Shells, PERL, and HTML. People say I have a knack at re-engineering, optimizing legacy applications as well as database tuning. Which is odd for a Navy trained lad with a digital push-broom although I have also gotten the revered papers of BS (BSIT & MIS) from a real university.As if all that isn't enough I am also a Freemason (Green Lake Lodge No. 149 & Walter F. Meier Lodge of Research No. 281) both under the jurisdiction of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of Washington. I am a Past Master of Green Lake Lodge and still working to rejuvenate the lodge.
