Biography:

New guild member who is in the process of writing a fantasy book after finding I seem to have a talent for it by winning a few online creative writing contests and being encouraged/forced by my family to take the plunge.

Before I start writing I need to make a comprehensive world atlas, continental maps and country/region maps so I can refer to it as I write. Also I believe the world around us affects us in so many ways e.g. religion, wars, day to day life, dress etc. That it is something that must be created before I even begin to contemplate on the gods and mythology of the world, let alone it's people.

I've been doodling maps since reading the Hobbit as a child, but I was looking for more adult inspiration and chanced upon the Guild and here I am!
