If it isn't the biggest issue in the room to tackle, then the issue isn't worth tackling in my opinion. In my somewhat humble opinion, the biggest issue is the massive refined-sugar addiction spreading across the globe. It's more addictive than cocaine (I'm quoting doctors here), and it's effect is wide-spread throughout the body in a very negative way.I've been through a lot of pain and struggling when it comes to my health and I want to help others to get out of that same place I used to be. It can be done through mindset, food and a little enjoyable activity. That's all it takes to cure any malady known to man. I believe that to a fault.
