I have the stuff from the website, including the Tome of Ultimate Mapping. I thought he is referring to another fanmade manual on this one.

Vatras, Here I beleive is the relevant post. But I beleive GamerPrinter is correct in that you actually have to download the manual from ProFantasy's website.

Vatras, I believe the CC Manual download is actually located on the Profantasy Website, http://www.profantasy.com - I've got no problem helping you, but I am not a CL, rather I am an industry pro, it might be better to ask this question to any of the members with "blue" names, those are the community leaders.
