That is really cool! What size are the maps in? And will you be allowed to show us some of it here on the guild in low resolution?
Lands of Ice and Fire
The Lands of Ice and Fire is coming. The Amazon page now has the official front cover art (I might have seen that cover in the flesh, and I might be able to vouch that it looks awesome!).

There are 12 maps in the pack detailing Westeros and the lands to the East as well as a couple of detailed city maps. I'm not allowed to say much more than that at the moment!

It's likely that I'll be allowed to show some low-res previews in future, but certainly not before the release.
Each map is 24" by 36".

Even if I am correct, I would still advise you to follow your heart. This whole Cartographers Guild thing, it seems to me, is more about passion and skill and learning new techniques than it is about definitions and rules.
