Thread: Oceania

originally, I wanted to mark beaches on the map. But then I decided that there would be way too many to mark them on this map, after all, each island will have several beaches - depending on size and shape. So I began to use island names. I guess Hawai'i should be in there for an island chain, but then again not all of them will appear on this map - too little detail.

Rob, yes, this is very Fhloston-like. Though I was actually thinking of the beginning scenes of Four Day Planet, where they gather at the spaceport. In my imagination, that place always looks like a mish-mash of every beach promenade and tourism town I have ever been to as a kid.

I wanted to add more fluff around the edges, but you know what? I am calling "DONE" on this one. Of course the world is not detailed yet but that will require regional maps.
