I like your map. The only thing that bugs me at all is the names of the kingdoms (or whatever form the largest denomination of regions is)

I see "Eldaron" and assume this Kingdom belongs to elves.
I see "Erotin" and assume this kingdom is populated entirely by sex-maniacs
I see "Erilona" and wonder why there are so many "E-" kingdoms.

Now, this only what I think of not having any context about your world other than some names and terrain features.
