Hi there fellow cartographers! It's been quite a while since I had time for doing maps, but now it's time to get at it once more. My plan for this one is a hand drawn portolan style map, but we'll see where it takes me.
Done so far is the outline of the area covered, I used an ordinary mercator projetion on a part of my conworld, and then drew something completely different to get that old 'no-access-to-modern-gps'-feel.
Looks like a good start. :)

Looking good so far! A small request though: upload a png or a jpg for the next update? The bmp doesn't want to open in my browser for some reason.
A small update, it's getting there! Mountains and some colour done, next step is rivers and lakes. Then it's on to cities.
