Yeah that's the one I am also talking about - there is no other body of water on a plateau; on the US overlay map it has "INDIANA" and "KENTUCKY" underneath it. I still disagree with your assessment, but I do not know enough about hydrology and you obviously haven't defined your rainfall patterns anyway so I guess this is a moot discussion.
