Looks promising. Though I think the forests doesn't really fit the other hand-drawn elements of the map. Since you added colors on mountains and forests, terrains need more color aswell.
An early sketch of the Sword Coast
Yesterday I found one of my sketches of the Sword Coast area (It can be found in the east coast of the Ire continent, of my Erinn World, see here).
I scanned it and this is he result:
And after a couple of hours in Photoshop:

The forest was a quick fix to see the effect on the map, but maybe you are right and the effect is too photoshoped...
Yup, those pretty mountains deserve better
