I'm giving Pasis' tutorial a try to create a map of Westeros from A Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin.

I'm a big fan of GRRM and especially his ASoIaF stuff. It really warms my heart to see an awesome map of the setting, being made here no less. I hope you'll find the time and enthusiasm to finish it, Tear.

I've already replied (wrongly) in another thread, so I should just point you there and let it be :-) But anyway: great job. The map is not only Pasis' tutorial, you've done a lot of good work with this map.

I'm sure that you already knew that, but I wanted to make it clear because the way you said it, you didn't give yourself enough credit :-)
