    Default AH United States

A low quality scan of a map from a textbook, from a world where US policy requires that new territory be admitted immediately as a single indivisible state; a compromise driven by fears that new states would overwhelm the original 13, and conversely that territories would be kept from statehood indefinitely by the existing states. An old project off my hard drive that just needed a few adjustments.

Nice, Carstairs - a different twist, and neatly done.

Smooth rationale for keeping it simple, the "scan from a textbook". I might have to extend that to a "xerox of a xerox of a xeroxed handout that my kid brought home from school" :-).

As well made as this is, it's painfully unrealistic.
