    One that just hist me this week...

    Another good source for modern floorplans is the fire evacuation plans found in most modern buildings, usually by the elevators. Just bring a picture and snap a picture, then draw over that

    Many newer high-rise buildings are also using a floor or two as mechanical rooms for power distribution (and its strict minimum clearances), central heat/air, "express" elevator equipment, additional storage and stuff like that.

    Not all do this but in your case, it does make for another type of floor you can do.
