    Post Le Margraviat d'Ulmareich

    Hi all...

In my presentation post, I showed you our world campaign map WIP.
Some ask if it's possible to reduce the size... Well... Quite impossible for the lot of details meld in "Berkh patches"...

Apologizing, I choose to show you smaller parts...
So this is "Le Margraviat d'Ulmareich"... Where all started back in 1984...
Of course, as you can imagine, when I begin to "play with Fractal mapper", this land was the starting and center point of my world building WIP
Of course the map was not exactly the same as 25 years ago... But in the great lines, all the main sites are still.

I also choose to draw the map in "the mood of the first Forgotter Realms Maps" (save the releif) for cleraness...

Finishing this post, I wish you a very very very happy new year...

    Enjoy

I like the way you name things, seems natural to me. Nice job.

Thanks, never knew of that place. Added it to my bookmarks; will be very handy.

This looks great! Was this also done in Fractal Mapper? The hills Looks like FM8's bevel, but the relief work on the "flat" terrain looks really nice, too.
