    I made several kind of hills, so which kind are you referring to (which map)?

    Concetron_nieuw4_small.JPG from here has some nice hills in it. I have been doing contour lines until I saw this, I really like the more subtle effect in the top and bottom right. But also like the outcrop in bottom left. I assume they are nice bevels and blur effects but I can't seem to match them well enough
