    Map The Double Empire

Trying a new style on this map. The Double Empire is a large and powerful state, not evil per se, but ruthless if necessary.

I like the bubbly mapishness. It's both clean and interesting. my only criticism would be: Some of the roads don't seem to take the most logical routes. Like the road from Ississ to Hin'ghao why does it go so far around the river and up next to the mountain?
    It's an excellent map though
She's taken to calling me "Abbot Fou". I like it. Pretty sure it means "Enlightened Warrior."

    Very nice!

Not overly keen on the 'flower' like compass, but the map as a whole looks nice

    Thanks for the comment!
@paradox_wanderer: some of the roads are hundreds of years old, even thousand, and follow routes where once have been cities. So the usual route is not always the shortest.

This is a really unique looking map. I don't recall having seen anything quite like it before. I like the bumpiness of the map as well, and the color scheme is also nice. Impressive as always Sapiento.

Thanks, Gidde. The map is indeed very good for an project I started with no clear idea in mind how the end result shall be. Sometimes it helps to play around with the program to get fine results.
