Thread: Oh hi!

    Post Oh hi!

Haha I seemed to have skipped this step I think :/

My name in Kalvin. I live in the UK, but I'm from Canada. I'm a professional artist working in video games. Recently I've been working on a RPG website and started making some 3D maps for that, but I want to make some 2D ones as well. Yeah basically that's me.

I heart maps. <- how is there not a shirt for that!?

Your background should be pretty useful. I think I saw that map about here so in case I didn't say so before - welcome. Theres a members map in my sig if you want to put an approx pin into that. Oh, is the game your part of making an RPG one as well ?

Welcome to the guild. It will be nice to have you as an addition here and I hope you find the place to your liking. Hopefully, you will have some time here and there to share some critiques and whatnot.

As for the shirts, you make a good point. Maybe we should design it - I know of at least one Heart shaped map that would look good on a shirt.

Looking forward to hearing more from you.

I added my location to your map, but I'm not sure if I got it right. There's a ton of pins in the UK :/

I'm not making RPG games any more. They just take way to long to make. I prefer smaller teams and simpler games I can show my family. Plus, computer RPG's don't really capture the play of a table top game IMHO. I prefer to play table top rpg and action video games.
