Has anyone taken all the settings of the Scales of War campaign and put them into one map? By that I mean the map of Elsir Vale that is available in Rescue at Rivenroar, which only covers the Brindol region, plus the bigger scale map that is knocking around on the Net which I think comes from the Red Hand of Doom module back in 3.5 days. Plus linking to that the map of the Overlook region which I believe is part of the second module, Seige of Bodrin's Watch.

I'm wondering if anyone has put all these into one big map of the Elsir Vale and surrounds, preferably as close to the original maps as possible, and if they have would they care to share?
