    Default Roman City - Arles

I'm in the south of France on hols. We went to Arles yesterday and it has a great museum on Roman antiquities. Some fantastic architectural models and maps which I'll be posting up as references. This is the architectural model of Arles in Roman times.

great.. love those models... a couple of years ago I visited the Naval museum in Copenhagen, there were some great models of Sea battles in the oceans around Denmark, with guns firing (cotton died gray for smoke) and all... very cool

Awesome. I love this kind of stuff. How large was the model? Looks pretty big.

Cool stuff, these should be 'stickey-d' somewhere as reference.
