Post August/September Entry: The Dragondawn Isles

My project for this challenge is a small archipelago of tropical islands, named the Dragondawn Isles. Now updating as I go. Some preliminary text has been added, now I'm just making it as non-intrusive as possible.

I like the mountains, maybe you could have placed some lava in the volcano on the main island?

I like that idea. The volcano does still have a lava pool in it's crater, but for the most part, it's fairly dormant. At least, the locals hope it's dormant.

Wow, nice! The city looks nice and detailed, crisp, without looking out of place. Just a great job so far.

New WIP is up. It's been a while since the last update, what with college starting up and all, but I'm certain to have this map done by deadline.

Nice entry - and welcome to the challanges

Perhaps a river out of the lake in the central island? Also - a compass would be great to go with that legend. Great start on the guild with this!

Also, you can place your WIPs in new posts so that people who read through the thread can see how you progressed. It can be pretty useful to see how things develop. As long as you have the Latest WIP tag above the most recent thumb the scraper will get the correct image.
