Sized this image a bit smaller and seems to be working now. Started adding roads... this part is gonna take a little more than an hour or two I think

Looking sharp. I like the title box at upper-left. The roads look great but, man, that's going to be a lot of work. This challenge would have to look at one of the most complicated pieces of human construction on the planet.

Looking great so far....love the water and the very simple paper color/texture. Hopefully you manage to keep your sanity doing those streets.

Oh and that title box is crazy cool.

I can't really take the credit for the title box, as the various pieces of it come from here: http://nadinepau-stock.deviantart.com/ but thanks anyways

That's cool stuff. Thanks for the link. I imagine I can use that in some Call of Cthulhu materials at some point.

I know well what you're up against. I hope you find some ways to inspire the rest of us.

Here we go! Roads are all drawn in! Still have to merge some of them together for overpasses and underpasses and such, but I can finally start doing other work now

that looks beautiful - love the subtle water lines and the shield - the text in the shield could use some embellishment, but I'm guessing its just a placeholder
