Thanks tilt I'm still undecided about the text though. I don't really like it, but there's also not a lot of early 19th century fonts to choose from :p I'll probably end up taking some artistic liberty with it, but who knows what yet...

Started filling some of the blocks that only have buildings in em. Parks and stuff are going to be differently, more of an actual overhead view, but the building are all going to be representational.

I say, take all the liberties with the font you want - a shield like that would have hand drawn letters, so anything hand drawn would go imho

Jeez who knew there were so many buildings in Manhattan?? Not quite finished the buildings, and no further progress on trees. Gonna have to steal a few hours here and there to get back on track. I kinda feel like I'm back in college again - procrastinate till just before the due date, then work my derriere off at the last minute Don't think I'll be able to manage any all-nighters though....

Haha sure thing Tilt, I'll get right on that

Lunchbreaks need more hours in them! Literally just scribbling trees all over the place!

Yeah, I left lots of room there and in the top right corner for labels - hopefully not too much room

Starting to come together, at last! Still need to type in the 93 locations, whip together a scale bar, and maybe add some more detail to the park areas if there's any time at all left
