Most of these textures were made entirely by manipulating Photoshop texture filters, but those that use photographic elements either utilize photographs I took myself or textures that came from royalty-free images. The point being that these textures are free to use for whatever mapping purposes you can put your mind to. These jpgs were mostly intended to be used for VT battle-grid maps, but I've been using most of them as textures in SketchUp.
