It looks better, although it wouldn't harm to mess things up even more.

anyone have a brush (preferably for paint shop pro) of like... reeds or something similar? I think they'd be a good way to show marsh/swamp land

Never play cards with a man called Doc. Never eat at a place called Mom's. Never sleep with a man who's troubles are worse than your own?*

I am a Paintshop Pro X user, but I don't use brushes, sorry.

It all depends what you're happy with and what the scale is but I'd agree that it still looks a bit blobby. If this is somewhere waaaaay up north you might want to consider the actions of ice erosion and *think* "fjords" - like Iceland. If it were equatorial you might look at, say, Sri Lanka - that's blobby. So Marken suggesting some "rough stuff" seems like good advice.

I'm not sure if Photoshop can use GIMP brushes (I know GIMP can use PS brushes) I'll see what I can do to get you some "reeds"

Thanks.. and hubby doesn't want me changing the land mass shape any more.. there's continents further north of it.. but we just call this the northern continent since hubby didn't come up with a better name...

And thanks for that JT.. It's much appreciated.
