    Ran across this commemorative map in the hotel I'm staying at in Dallas:

    I wasn't the only one who stopped to look closely at it. Quite a bit of interesting detail work. (oops - think I over-corrected the barrel distortion)

    Sweet! I could possibly use this. Is there anyway to get it with the text being readable?

    What looks like crinkles are actually all the little creeks/rivers shown - this is clearest sw of the word "Indian".

    It is a second floor hallway (conference area) at the Hyatt Regency Dallas and as laft night, I had checked out

    The picture was hard to get because of the hall, and because it was behind plexi so the flash killed the first photo. I put the camera against the opposite wall and took the shot with the flash off (1/4 sec exposure) but it still ended up grainy due to the low light. Sorry.
