I have the process for the first two very well practised & systematic, so much so that I wish I could get paid to produce more ^__^

Aeronox- Welcome to the Guild. I think that you'll enjoy it here.

LOVE your maps--all three of them. Two different styles, but both beautifully done. Thanks for posting them.

These maps are beautiful! I love the way the grassy bits go up the slopes and thanks for the explanation of how you did them (on your page at deviant). How long does it take to make a map?

Take a look at RobA's Tutorial 'How to generate a not so random coastline in Gimp' - that will save you from having to make the initial coastline in the FT demo and stitch them together in PS as you'll be able to do the whole process in PS and have more control over the shape of your continents / islands.

Woo hoo, Aeronox! Welcome! I hope you get a lot of advice here--and moreover I hope you give just as much in return, for you have a good eye and wonderful skills!

    Once again, welcome!
