Info New Insert Latest WIP Tag button on editor toolbar!

I just added a new button to the toolbar for editing posts that should make things easier for all challenges! Look for the folder with the black and yellow construction stripe on it. It's to the right of the Insert Video button. I may move it later, and if I do, I'll update this post. Here's a screenshot to show you what the button looks like. Enjoy!!!

Yup. Entering a challenge for reals this time and I'm already tired of typing it in.

Oh, this is great! I can never remember the exact syntax (are there spaces, or no spaces...?) so this will be super useful. Thanks.

Yeah, I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier. I was going to just write a script that did it as part of the templates but then I realized the editor is a third party plugin included in vbulletin and most of the buttons are editor plugins that are super easy to write. If someone wants to make a better icon for it that's cool. 18x18px

I had a go at making an icon for this (not overly keen on the one that's there). I tried a little paintbrush and also made a straight-forward 'WIP' one too. The WIP icon is probably more intuitive, though I quite like the paintbrush. But you can decide on either, or neither!

I think I like the wip one better. Though instead of a solid background maybe a dark grey octothorp to represent that its hashtag oriented.

OK, here's iteration no. 2. I used the colour of the Bold/Italic/Underline icons for the background, and I shrunk the WIP text a little. I've tried a few different colours (all colour picked from the existing toolbar icons). I don't think the red version 'pops' enough, but the other colours seem OK and are pretty legible. I rather like the yellow. It seems really clear.

Is this better or would you like to try something else?

EDIT: trying another couple of icons with straight text this time...

EDIT2: Looks like I forgot to turn off the background for the second one. Well, it's just to give you an idea for now. If you prefer that I can redo it.

Agreed. The yellow jumps out strongest, most clearly.
