yah I just grabbed a grid off the internet and sized it based on the sleeping mats. assuming an average length of 6 or 6.5 feet length, then a square would be just a little smaller. Meh. These are usually voted on execution, not technicalities.

@ Moutarde: thanks a ton for that sugestion! oh, and seeing as how you didnt mention it, I take it you havent found the sleeping bear yet either?

Oh yeah, I see him now! I like the angled grid a lot better, it makes the map look so much more playable

angled grid is perfect , and cool sleeping bear - I remember an old saying about not waking it ... but how could an adventure party setting up camp, using pots and pans and perhaps the bard tuning his instruments, a little battle practice wake it anyways

Yep Angled is way better. I ended up with an angled grid on my map as well. It's kind of a hassle to navigate otherwise.
