Default New Symbol Font: Dark Cities

Here is a symbol font for cities and walled cities, probably best used in regional scale maps or larger.

That's very cool indeed. What are you using to make the fonts?

I used the RPG City maker utility, Serif Drawplus and scanhand (a font creator - see my post about it below). In fact, I've just found a simpler way to make cities which look even better, dang. Ah well, maybe it's time for a Dark Cities 2 font!

Oh this is too cool. I went and bought ScanHand, since I'll be creating new written languages for my new world (i'm kinda out of control with this thing!) and this is another great use for it. You rock, Ravs

I gotta spread some rep but remind me that I owe you some for this.

Glad you got Scanhand, Gidde, I think it rocks! As I said before, it just makes the process so easy compared to working with a traditional font designer - well the free ones anyway!

I'm really looking forward to seeing your fonts, Gidde! Be sure to post them up so we can all download them!

    No worries big A!
