Not sure if it is intended or not, my guess is not as there are many other ones that have been coloured, but there is a set of standing stones beneath the label "Koraan" that have been left as an outline only.

    Very pretty indeed.

I notice that there are a lot of improbable rivers. I've spotted one that seems to connect two seas which would require at least one side of that river to be flowing uphill. There are also a lot that fork as they go downstream (which almost never happens). If the 72dpi image is the size the map will be printed at I think you'll need to bump up the point size on the text as it might be a bit tiny for reading on a print out.

Those are small comments on a beautiful piece of work. I love the colour scheme, and the grungy edges. I'm impressed with the realism of the wear you've got there. That's really fantastic.

    That's a beauty! Gorgeous.

I'm an amateur compared to some of the river spotters out there, but it would be a shame to see this one printed and displayed without the quick fixes to make the rivers work.

Hey Everyone, thanks so much for the feedback! No those rocks are def supposed to be colored, i must have missed them! and yes tortan i still have much to learn about rivers and i will go about correcting some of them which shouldn't be a problem. Actually this map will be printed about 4 foot by 3.5 feet for GenCon and framed so i think the type should be small but legible

I had alot of fun with the shield design and painting, and tried to emulate a sort of 16th century roman map with a fantasy twist, its been fun but punishing, haha.

    Wow. WOW. WOW!!!

That's one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I love the subtle coloring, the physical layout of everything, the icons look great, the heraldry is astounding... hell, I could keep going, but yeah, it's awesome.
