    Map Help Request: Terrain Map

    Hi,

I'm trying to get a map made to show the relative heights of various bits of terrain. I have attached the GIMP file and added numeric values for how high each region is in relation to its neighbor. If anyone could help me out or help me learn how to express these values as a terrain height I'd be much appreciative.

Apply a bevel-and-emboss effect to the regions.

Thanks! Did you do this in Gimp or another program?

Photoshop. But I thing GIMP can do this, too.

Gimp can do that effect as well. If you don't already have it here is the Plug-In for it,
