Map Arya's experiment with FT + PS (and minimal illustrator)

Arya (homage to the 1994 rpg), would be a whole fantasy world on which I am working (but lightily and with much lazyness) since forever (like ten or twelve years, I don't even remember).
Recently, thanks to this wonderful website, I took some inspiration for completely renovate my mapping, and these are the first results.
Perhaps they are not really "finished", I am new and not very good with photoshop so there is probably much more that I could do, but not at the moment or in the near future. So, for the moment, here we are: an image of the whole world from FT, the main continent with some PS, and the smaller area I started mapping in more detail.

Well, for being new to PS (and I assume FT), I'd say that you are off to an amazing beginning. This is probably some of the best FT work I've seen to date. Lovely colors and textures as well, particularly on the trees. Repped!

    Cheers,

I worked quite a bit in FT indeed, along many years, though only the tutorials I found here allowed me to obtain this result.
