    Well, hello there big boy!

This months challenge asked the entrants to take this silhouette and incorporate it into a map. The same silhouette was used for the lite challenge last month. Six brave participants stepped up to the plate. Sadly I can't get the thumb nailer to work so you will need to click on the list below to see the maps or look at the thumbnails here.

    annonymousfromyou - water from mars
    LonewandererD - mas
    vman3force - Albeir Hessad
    Sapiento - East Hesperia
    Yandor - Shores of Sarric
    Diamond - Empires of Mars

Some really stunning entries this month. Please don't forget to rep generously!

While we know who the winner is probably going to be, *cough diamond *cough, I'm voting for Yandor because I've always been a sucker for his symbols, still use some of his tuts for my maps.

People come and people go. I walk amongst them, I see their faces; but none see mine. I pass them in the streets but nary a glance is spared my way, for what interest would they have in a Wanderer? Not of this world... Forever Alone... Forever Wandering... LoneWandererD...

I had to vote for Sap, since that's the exact idea I almost went with.

I voted for Vman because I really like the style he put it in.

Assuming I stick with fantasy cartography, I'd like to become a World Builder, laying out not only a realistic topography, but also the geopolitical boundaries and at least rough descriptions of the countries and societies.

I voted for Diamond, but if I had another I'd vote for Sapiento as well. Both did a great job

This was a tough one. I really wanted to vote for both Diamond and Sapiento's entries, both of which are superb. I chose Sapiento's in the end only won out in my mind by a fraction. Good job both of you, as well as to everyone else who entered.

    Cheers,

I went with Vman, I like new styles and he's always out there with new things.

    Thanks for the votes guys.

I voted for LonewandererD; would have liked to see him finish off the isometric islands, but the battle grid style was quite stylish. Second vote would have gone to Diamond, though I have trouble believing those 5000 mile long canals
